The Role

The Q2C CCM & IFA role is responsible for supporting end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) activities to ensure effective contract performance, financial accuracy, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This role operates across the contract lifecycle-from initiation through steady state and termination-working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to enable operational and financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing commercial contract management (CCM) activities, including contract interpretation, compliance oversight, audit readiness, and support of contract changes, amendments, and concessions.
* Supporting Invoice & Financial Administration (IFA) activities such as billing validation, invoicing support, revenue and charge accuracy reviews, variance analysis, and coordination with Finance and Delivery teams.
* Maintaining contract risks, issues, obligations, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with contractual terms and customer requirements.
* Supporting customer inquiries related to billing, pricing, financial adjustments, and contract interpretation, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Tax, Delivery, and Sales as needed.
* Contributing to governance activities including audits, business controls, separation of duties (SOD), and compliance assessments.
* Supporting account transitions, onboarding/offboarding activities, and knowledge transfer in alignment with Q2C processes and tools.
* Utilizing Kyndryl systems, methodologies, and reporting tools to support contract performance, financial accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
This role may operate as a hybrid CCM/IFA position, with the specific mix of commercial, financial, and advisory responsibilities varying based on account complexity, customer requirements, and business needs.

Required Skills and Experience
* Currently supporting Q2C US accounts and working within US time zones
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP and KES
* At least 2 years of billing and invoicing experience
* At least 2 years of Contract Commercial Management experience
* Proven experience in Contract Management and Business Controls
* Strong client-facing skills with demonstrated stakeholder engagement
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Strong time management and organizational skills
