Als Spot Buyer (m/w/d) bist du der Taktgeber in unserem operativen Einkauf und stellst sicher, dass unsere Lieferkette niemals stillsteht.

* Bestellmanagement verantworten: Du überwachst und steuerst den Fortschritt von Bestellungen, um eine termingerechte Lieferung (On-time Delivery) für unseren direkten Einkauf sicherzustellen.
* Kommunikation stärken: Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Lieferanten und pflegst einen regelmäßigen, professionellen Austausch.
* Probleme proaktiv lösen: Du identifizierst Unstimmigkeiten nach der Bestellung frühzeitig und klärst diese effektiv - dabei koordinierst du dich eng mit internen und externen Partnern.
* Präzision sicherstellen: Du führst eine genaue Dokumentation aller Post-Order-Aktivitäten und unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Rechnungsdiskrepanzen.
* Global vernetzt: Als Teil unserer internationalen Einkaufsorganisation gestaltest du operative Exzellenz in einem weltweiten Konzernumfeld aktiv mit.

Du bist ein Profi im operativen Einkauf, arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Vorgängen den Überblick?

* Deine Basis: Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium (Supply Chain, BWL o.ä.) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
* Deine Erfahrung: Du bringst erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Procurement oder Logistik mit.
* Deine Expertise: Du verstehst Supply-Chain-Prozesse in der Tiefe und weißt, wie man Liefertermine effizient nachhält und dokumentiert.
* Deine Persönlichkeit: Wir suchen eine offene, flexible und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit. Du bist proaktiv und hast Freude daran, Lösungen zu finden, wenn es mal hakt.
* Deine Skills: Du bist sicher in der Verhandlung bei Verzögerungen und bringst eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse sind in unserem internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil.
