Beschreibung:

Why we are here
Tony's Chocolonely is committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade, and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too. We're one of the fastest-growing chocolate brands, leading the Dutch market and expanding rapidly in the UK, US, and Germany. More bars mean more beans, and more beans mean more impact! With bold ambitions, we aim to build Tony's into a billion-dollar brand that shows good business is big business.

What you will do
As our Junior Category Manager for DACH, you'll turn data into meaningful insights that help grow Tony's and the chocolate category in Germany and Austria. You'll work closely with Key-Account_Managers, Field Sales Force and the local Brand, Trade a Product teams as well as international cross-functional teams to understand performance, identify opportunities, and support commercial direction. From building reports to crafting clear stories, you'll make data accessible and useful across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape our category management foundations and strengthen how we work with insights. You'll also support in managing our data sources and ensure we're using the right tools. If you're curious and take initiative, this role offers plenty of space to grow and shape your path.

All wrapped up, in this role you will
* Turn shopper and market data into clear insights and recommendations that support Tony's growth in DACH
* Build and own monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy, strong storytelling, and actionable takeaways
* Support internal teams (KAMs, brand, product and trade marketing, field sales) with insights for pricing, promotions, and assortment planning
* Create structured decks and narratives for internal stakeholders and, over time, retail partners
* Build relationships across DACH and global teams, bringing in external trends and perspectives
* Support the management of data tools, contracts, and budgets while continuously improving how insights are used

Our Ideal New Flavour
* 2+ years of working experience in the FMCG industry or at one of the leading market research companies
* Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, engaging stories that support action
* Familiarity with category data tools like Nielsen, Circana/IRI, or GfK, and comfortable working with Excel and presentations
* Clear and thoughtful communicator, both written and verbal, adapting to different audiences
* Self-starter who enjoys working independently while contributing to shared goals in a changing environment
* Collaborative and relationship-focused, with the ability to connect across teams and markets
* Fluent in English and German, and interested in the dynamics of the FMCG industry
* We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the Hamburg office on average 3 days a week. More is fine too!
* Believe wholeheartedly in Tony's purpose. You live our core values: outspoken, in it together, entrepreneurial, raise the bar and makes you smile.

Our benefits (the icing on the cake)

We're dedicated to enabling all Tonys to grow and develop their careers and therefore we offer training programs, regular feedback cycles, coaching and a generous L&D budget. We also offer a wide range of additional benefits, including office lunch, companywide bonus, minimum of 28 holidays, inspirational team updates, unforgettable events and unlimited chocolate.
