Ihre Aufgaben

* Organisation und Leitung von NDT Projekten
* Leitung eines Team von 6 Mitarbeitern
* Einhaltung der Kundenanforderung und der Qualität
* Leiten von Projekten im Bereich NDT
* Prozessorientierte Tätigkeiten
* Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftfelder
* Personalverantwortung und Weiterentwicklung
* Controlling der Projekte
* Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderungen

Unsere Anforderungen

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
* Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
* Erfahrung in der Personalführung
* Erfahrung im Projekt-Controlling
* Deutsche Sprache
* Englisch in Wort und Schrift
* Teamfähigkeit

Wir sind eine 100%ige Airbus Tochter, sind aber nicht an den Tarifvertrag der IG Metall angeschlossen und haben auch keinen eigenen. Somit liegt unsere Gehaltsspanne für diese Position zwischen 58.000 bis 72.000 EUR per anno
