Your Role

* Manage incidents at the customer site and in production and coordinate the related analyses
* Perform root cause analyses and investigate failure mechanisms together with the team
* Present analysis results to project stakeholders and customers
* Process and document incidents using the 8D methodology as the 8D owner
* Present and communicate the measures of improvement to the customer and represent them convincingly
* Support the optimization of the incident management process
* Provide lateral leadership to electronics and software developers

Your Profile

* You are highly motivated to discover new things and to contribute to the success of electronic systems
* A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or another scientific field with comparable professional experience
* Proven experience in the design and testing of embedded electronic components
* Experience in embedded software development
* Experience in data analysis and structured root cause analysis
* Strong analytical skills and a solid system-level understanding of embedded systems
* Strong team skills, high self-motivation, as well as pronounced initiative and ability to work independently
* Good German and English language skills
