Job Description:

* Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Create, review, and manage employment contracts, contract changes, and other HR-related documents in line with legal requirements
* Help define, improve, and organize HR processes
* Advise and support employees with HR-related questions
* Maintain and manage employee files, master data, and HR databases carefully and accurately
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
* Work closely with the People & Organization team and other stakeholders to implement HR strategies and improve processes between departments

Qualifications:

* Completed apprenticeship or university degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
* At least 2 years of professional experience in People Operations or HR Management
* Good knowledge of labor law
* Team player with an independent, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
* High level of motivation, commitment, and a hands-on attitude
* Confident using HR software (e.g. Personio) and Microsoft Office tools
