YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious SME Sales Trainee to join Edenred Finland for a one-year fixed-term role. This position is a great opportunity to start or accelerate your career in B2B sales within a fast-paced and evolving industry.

In this role, your work will focus strongly on outbound sales activities. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting our growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients.

Key responsibilities

* Drive outbound prospecting activities via phone, email and LinkedIn
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities
* Book meetings for the sales team and support pipeline growth. Eventually you will also conduct client meetings independently
* Collaborate closely with field sales and marketing
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM (Salesforce)
* Learn and develop core sales skills such as objection handling, value selling and customer understanding

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in sales and develop quickly. In this role, you report to SME sales team manager.

YOUR PROFILE

* You have a strong interest in sales and building a career in a B2B environment
* You are proactive, resilient and comfortable with high activity levels
* You enjoy reaching out to new people and creating opportunities
* You have a positive work attitude and willingness to be actively present in the office and collaborate with the team
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* You communicate fluently in Finnish and have good English skills

EXPECTED START DATE

We will fill the position as soon as the right candidate is found. More important than a certain starting date is to find the right person for the team.

OTHER DETAILS

This is a one-year fixed-term trainee role with a base salary (2500EUR) complemented by performance bonus system.

In addition we offer you phone, lunch, recreational, massage, wellbeing and transport benefits and good health insurance. In addition to these tangible things, you will be part of a friendly, fun-loving, and international team of professionals.  The Edenred Finland team is roughly 70 people strong.
