Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Industrial Project Manager - Assembly & Digital Solutions to join our Final Assembly Line (FAL) Industrial Assets Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a 100-person team developing, purchasing, and maintaining industrial assets for FAL operations, as well as developing assembly technologies. Your mission will focus on developing and delivering new structural assembly technologies and digital solutions within a 3-year timeframe, ensuring technical cross-plant harmony, and supporting workshop operations.

Your challenges:
* Drive the development and deployment of industrial assets to improve FAL manufacturing performance (SQCDP).
* Lead and support the digital solutions deployed across the FALs to optimize assembly processes.
* Support daily workshop activities and resolve technical crises related to structural assembly.
* Foster team knowledge-sharing and ensure technical harmony across various plants and FALs.
* Drive change management and prepare advanced technological solutions for future aircraft programs beyond a 3-year horizon.
Your boarding pass:
* Background in Engineering, Project Management, or a related industrial field.
* Proven experience in project & budget management, continuous improvement, and Manufacturing Engineering tools.
* Technical expertise: Mastery of aeronautical assembly processes and industrial network environments (firewalls, SFTP, IPs).
* Digital skills: Programming (Python, C#, etc.), BI tools (Skywise, Looker Studio), Google Workspace, and Generative AI (Gemini).
* Languages: Advanced proficiency in both French and English is required (occasional business travel involved).
