Role Purpose:
This role sits within the Cash and Finance Transformation (FP&A) team as part of the wider CBU Finance team.
* Support the delivery of Finance Transformation initiatives across systems, processes, and ways of working
* Provide support across the Cash agenda, helping improve cash visibility, control, and performance
* Work with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to deliver practical and sustainable change

Key Activities:
Transformation
* Support delivery of transformation initiatives across Finance, including process improvement, system enhancements, and standardisation
* Help identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve finance processes
* Support implementation of new tools, reporting solutions, or ways of working
* Assist in documenting processes, controls, and best practices
* Provide support on project management activities (tracking actions, timelines, and risks)
* Work with stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes and solutions
* Contribute to continuous improvement culture within the team
Cash
* Support analysis and reporting of key cash metrics (e.g. working capital, cash flow drivers)
* Assist in identifying risks and opportunities impacting cash performance
* Support forecasting and tracking of cash-related KPIs
* Work with stakeholders to improve transparency and understanding of cash levers
* Contribute to initiatives that improve cash collection, accuracy, and governance
General
* Provide analytical support and insights to support decision making
* Collaborate with different teams across Finance and the business
* Support ad hoc analysis, project work, and business priorities as required

We would like you to demonstrate the following key skills:
* Accounting and financial experience
* Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail
* Interest in Finance transformation, systems, or process improvement
* Good Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or similar tools is beneficial
* Ability to work across multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive and solution-oriented approach
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Team player, able to collaborate and share ideas effectively
