As Department Manager, you will take ownership of a department's or floor's performance, leading and proactively coaching a team of client advisors to achieve their individual, the department/floor, and the stores targets. You will support the Store Manager with developing new and existing Clients. You will be responsible for building passionate, highly motivated, and talented individuals who continue to grow in their career, securing succession plans with this.

What is important for the role: Proven experience within a similar environment leading diverse people to success. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, valuing and amplifying diversity. Strong and demonstratable commercial acumen. Ability to be agile, creative, and commercial in solution development. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category. A client-centric mindset with a passion to exceed expectations. A committed Team Player, willing to work side by side with the team to lead and influence. A deep interest in Fashion, Art and Culture. Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
