Job Description:
People Leadership
* Lead PFA team with high quality delivery and focusing on centre of excellence.
* Hiring right talent people for your team based on requirement and on board them based on agreed timeline.
* Spending quality time with new joiners on training and bringing them on board.
* 100% accuracy on reports from your team with timely deliverables.

Project Ownership
* New Projects setup - develop a strong understanding of contract details, including how they are structured and identifying any discrepancies, by strong communication with Operations representatives. Knowledge in PSW and Planning & Forecasting tools is an added advantage.
* Change orders (being alterations done to existing budgets) Drive the team to execute the change orders from various budget grids and complete on time.
* Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, energy, responsiveness, decision-making, and effectiveness.
* To assist the Manager of Finance (MOF) or Director of Finance (DOF) in ensuring that timely and accurate reports are prepared, in order for the company to meet established goals and objectives.
* Maintain trackers for new projects and Change orders in order to release the Dashboards for the stakeholders.
* Build strong working relationships with the Project Finance management team.
* Preparation of tracker for all the types of invoices and driving the team to complete on time.
* Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentations.
* As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge Requirement:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Managing teams and performed yearly appraisal for teams.
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Demonstrate ability to interpret data (analytical skills) and convert between formats.
* Numerate with financial understanding.
* Having exposure in Project Revenue Business.
* Excellent working knowledge of MS office package, in particular Excel.
* Prior experience in Oracle Financial systems, Hyperion, Alteryx, Power BI etc. is an advantage.
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and influencing skills.
* Experience in Financial Analysis and planning Preferred.
Educational Requirements:
* Completed Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent
* Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* 5 + years of Post Qualification Experience.
