As Manager, QP Operations (Pharma), you'll play a key role within BMS's QP Operations team, working at the heart of our batch certification and QP release activities across our Dublin and Utrecht sites. Reporting to the Senior Manager, QA Lead - Pharma QP Operations, you'll collaborate closely with internal sites, external vendors, and supply chain partners to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the QP function.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract and a role where your work directly supports the quality and integrity of the medicines we deliver to patients every day.

What You'll Do
* Support the Qualified Person with the batch certification function, including preparation and review of batch documentation packages for QP release
* Communicate and collaborate with BMS Supply Chain to support the QP release schedule
* Complete activities associated with new product introductions
* Author, review, and approve QA-related procedures and relevant controlled documents
* Prepare quality documents supporting batch certification, including QP declarations, Product Quality Reviews, and Risk Assessments
* Act as functional lead for QMS activities such as Change Control assessments, Investigations, and Quality Agreement updates
* Support the site inspection readiness program for corporate and regulatory inspections, acting as SME when required
* Provide training to new team members as required
* Support Opex programs and champion continuous quality improvement initiatives
* Interface with relevant departments to ensure compliance with corporate policies, GMP, and regulatory requirements

What You'll Bring

Education

* BSc in Science or a related discipline with 2-3 years of QA experience in a pharmaceutical environment, preferably operations-based

Experience & Skills
* A clear understanding of cGMP requirements for manufacturing and/or systems and compliance
* Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at a variety of levels and across divisions
* Proven ability to recognise issues, highlight risks, and prioritise workload based on schedule requirements
* Proven success working well in a team environment with the flexibility to react to changing business needs
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
* Proactive in resolving issues and escalating to management when necessary
* QP Eligible - desirable
