The team

The role supports the design and implementation of talent and development processes across the organization, cascading Corporate Centre of Excellence strategy and providing guidelines and tools for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development within Italy HR team and in constant interaction with HRBPs.

Your role

* Support definition and rollout of Talent Acquisition guidelines

* Monitor and coordinate Talent Acquisition processes across the organization making sure

* Recruiting KPIs are met and supporting HRBP and hiring managers in giving the best candidate experience

* In collaboration with HRBPs identifiy recruiting strategies, including vendors involvement, posting channels selection, candidate experience management

* Contribute to talent management processes and execution

* Partner with HRBPs to identify development needs and support learning and development programs design and implementation

* Actively contribute to internal mobility processes, promoting and facilitating cross-functional experiences

* Monitor HR KPIs related to talent and development, providing regular reporting about talent density, resignation trend, internal mobility

* Ensure alignment with HR policies and best practices

* Design and execute specific development plans aimed at monitoring and increasing engagement level and sense of belonging in the organization

* Design and roll our internal communication initiatives in collaboration with Communication department

CCNL and economics

CCNL Industria Alimentare.
EUR 30.000 - EUR 36.000, remuneration will be determined based on experience and competences.

Requirements

* Master Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field

* 3-5 years in HR (Talent Development or Talent Acquisition) in a structured global company

* Experience in complex/matrix organizations

* Fluent in English
