As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are enhanced. You will represent the brand's image and values at the forefront and have full responsibility for effectively managing the store and team activities. We are looking for a manager who is able to develop the store to the maximum, who is innovative and creative to support Levi's mission.

Key parts of the role:
* Achieve store profit and loss goals by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sales volume
* Motivate, lead, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Control store costs and activities such as inventory management, personnel costs, administration, and product rotation
* Monitor KPIs and team performance by creating reports and updating the Area Manager on action plans
* Analyze business data and take appropriate actions to achieve KPIs
* Assist in team training and share product knowledge
* Recruit and introduce talented team members who also have a passion for all things denim

Our ideal candidate:
* Passionate about the brand and our values
* Not only experience in managing a team efficiently is essential, but also a good track record in developing your team.
* Previous managerial experience in successfully managing KPIs and controlling costs in a rapidly growing retail environment
* Excellent knowledge of human resources policies and processes
* Previous experience in effectively managing store operations, inventory, and administrative tasks
