Your role:

As a a Digital Portfolio Sales Promoter you'll be part of the DI Sales Acceleration Architecture area, with the purpose of accelerating the digital transformation of manufacturing industries by developing Business Opportunities in collaboration with the Italian Sales force.
Your mission is to identify, create, and capture digital opportunities, driving across areas such as Industrial AI, Cybersecurity, Industrial IoT, and Digital Twin technologies.
Through a sales challenger approach, personally engage in key customer initiatives, applying the art of scouting, qualifying, and developing high-value opportunities. You will position Siemens as a trusted partner for our customers, helping them transition to digital business models and unlock continuous, long-term value.

You'll make an impact by:

* Promoting industrial products and solutions to cooperate in customers' automation architectures design and development
* Presenting features of products and solutions in the pre-sales phase
* Supporting technically OEMs, System Integrators and Distributors
* Cooperating with the sales, marketing and business development teams in the technical promotion of automation solutions, providing a wide view of current offers and opportunities
* Carrying out trainings, presentations and technical workshops to spread the know-how with the customers
* Influencing the main stakeholders and the customer's "Decision makers"
* Providing some insights on the customer's point of view in innovation processes
* Gaining deep knowledge of the industrial market and the competitors' offer

What makes you a great match:

Core Requirements
* Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
* 5y+ experience in sales business or consultancy within industrial sectors
* Strong background in value-based selling, ideally using the Challenger Sales methodology
* Solid experience with SaaS and subscription-based sales models, with a focus on maximizing both initial sales and renewals
* Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives and lead complex enterprise-level sales cycles
* Understanding of manufacturing digitalization technologies, including Industrial AI, Industrial IoT, Cybersecurity, Digital Twin, and Software Defined Automation
* Passion to never-stop growing
* Proven track record engaging with consultancy partner firms, especially at the C-suite level
* Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Eligibility to work in Italy
* Influencing skills, customer orientation, stakeholder management

Preferred Requirements

* Knowledge of Digital Thread concepts, with the ability to translate them into tangible customer opportunities, executing go-to-market and co-selling strategies
* Experience in driving large-scale digital transformation programs for industrial customers

The pay range for this position is EUR60000-EUR75000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
