Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role will support the PBNA West Region by providing high-impact reporting and analytical support to the commercial team. Key responsibilities include performance tracking, forecasting, scenario planning, promotional analysis, and contributing to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). The position works at the intersection of sales and finance, partnering with regional leaders and internal financial teams to drive insights and business performance.

Your Impact

As Sales Finance Associate Analyst your functions would consist of:

* Reporting & Performance Metrics Support: Assist in preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and periodic operational and financial reports. Validate data accuracy and ensure timely delivery. Support monitoring of key performance metrics and provide preliminary insights to aid business decisions for PBNA and its customers.
* Sales, Pricing & Trend Analysis Assistance: Gather and organize data for net sales drivers, performance trends, and customer financials. Perform basic variance checks and trend identification to support pricing and strategic analysis led by the manager.
* Forecasting & Data Management Support: Maintain forecast data inputs and ensure completeness and accuracy. Assist in consolidating data for forecasting cycles and validate alignment with planning calendars.
* System Maintenance & Data Accuracy: Support SAP and Mosaic activities by ensuring correct event setup and accurate data capture. Document activities and maintain records as directed by the manager.
* Customer & Investment Analysis Support: Provide data and preliminary analysis for ad hoc customer requests and investment evaluations. Assist in preparing reports that highlight financial impacts for decision-making.
* Stakeholder Communication Support: Prepare materials for business meetings and townhalls. Ensure alignment of shared information with business priorities.
* Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Support: Assist in compiling inputs for the AOP process, validating data accuracy, and reviewing variances under manager guidance.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience
* Experience managing a P&L
* 0-1 years of experience in finance and planning
* Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP and Mosaic
* Strong excel skills
* Able to work independently and takes initiative
* Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously
* Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
* Ability to function well in a team environment
* Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
* Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
