Responsibilities
The Opportunity
SOCO Consolidation & reporting Analyst will play a key role in the Argentina's NOPBT planning, reporting and control. This role is responsible for report generating and consolidation of a world class Mexico Capability Center (MCC) for SOCO region with a primary focus on Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Responsible of elaborating P&L consolidation, reports generation and improvement. Interact and become business partner for Argentina CFO and FP&A, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.
Your Impact
As FP&A Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of …
* Deliver world-class financial reporting and consolidation services for the SOCO region, primarily supporting Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
* Consolidate and validate topline or P&L reports for countries in LatAm.
* Work closely with local Finance and MBS teams on defining weekly/monthly priorities.
* Support planning, forecasting, and reporting activities for the SOCO region.
* Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, business performance reviews, and decision-making across Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
* Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives across reporting and consolidation activities.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics or finance.
* Advanced Excel and desired experience with Power Query, VBA and Power BI tools.
* Language: Spanish native / English fluent.
* Basic understanding of P&L lines and its drivers.* Quick/Self learner and curiousity to explore new ways to manage tools and processes. * Able to work without supervision
