Assistant
Support Line Manager and/or (Local) Management Teams regarding their schedule/agenda, business trips, meetings, correspondence and organization of activities.
Main responsibilities:
* Support line manager and/or local management team(s) in organizational and administrative tasks
* Pro-actively manage and organize calendars, meetings, appointments and (team) activities internally and, if applicable, externally
* Prepare documents and presentation material; respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and calls. Take and distribute meeting minutes.
* Organize business trips, incl. transportation and accommodation in the most cost-effective way; may be responsible to create travel expense reports.
* Execute various administrative activities e.g. booking of meeting rooms, processing of invoices etc.
* Might participate in (inter)national communication network, and if necessary, maintain and update webpages on the Intranet
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative role or as Assistant preferred
* Very good interpersonal and verbal & written communicational skills
* Excellent MS Office 365 skills
* Good organizational skills
* Ability to handle sensitive data
* Local Language is a must, English language skills are preferred
