Research Analyst, JBS Research Hub - Poland
Join JLL's global Research team and help shape the future of commercial real estate through data-driven insights that give our clients a competitive edge.

What You'll Do:
* Collect and verify market data across Polish real estate sectors
* Maintain supply/demand databases and ensure data quality
* Support report preparation and external publications
* Conduct ad hoc analysis to drive business development
* Build automation solutions to enhance research efficiency
* Collaborate with global Research teams on deliverables

What You Bring:
* Fluent Polish and English communication skills
* 2+ years in economics, consulting, real estate, urban planning, or related fields
* Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills with passion for uncovering insights
* Experience with data systems and reporting tools
* Organized self-starter who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments
* Working knowledge of AI tools for research tasks

Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, or related field | Commercial real estate experience | Power BI, GIS, SQL, or Python skills
