We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Intercompany Analyst to join our Global Intercompany Center of Excellence (COE) team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic individual contributor. You'll deliver advanced financial insights, validate key assumptions, and communicate outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of financial drivers (specific to Intercompany process overall), excellent analytical skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage the assigned tasks with clarity and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Reporting
* Provide expert financial guidance to the Intercompany COE and collaborate with broader controllership teams
* Prepare and deliver internal management reports covering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
* Draft insightful commentaries for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making

Intercompany Analysis & Reconciliation
* Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple legal entities
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across global operations

Process Ownership & Optimization
* Lead end-to-end ownership of intercompany invoicing and settlement processes
* Lead end-to-end ownership of Kyriba processes
* Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle AGIS, driving system efficiency and best practices
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across Finance operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key contacts across the organization
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of financial strategies
