Responsible of conducting the business of the particular function in a way that the operations run smoothly, with good quality, in line with the agreed standards & goals and with risk management awareness. They contribute to the definition of new products/standards and implement them in the respective function and initiate the optimization of services/processes.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Payments Investigations with internal parties, such as Front Colleagues, Compliance and external parties, such as international branches and our Correspondent banks via telephone, email and SWIFT
* Documenting and solving cases in the internal case management application in line with the regulatory requirements
* Analysing and processing open cash positions (reconciliation)
* Preparing and processing internal reversals
* First level filtering: Real-time sanction hit handling of false positive matches with escalation of full and close matches to second level Compliance

YOUR PROFILE

* Profound knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA and SIC payments processing and ISO20022 messages
* Seeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvements
* Strong team-player with can-do attitude
