The role of Brand & Marketing is to ensure a consistent expression and delivery of Julius Baer's brand and corporate character across touch points, different media and channels to its most important stakeholders.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Branding Responsibilities
* Manage and respond to daily branding requests across the bank (global stakeholders)
* Review and ensure brand consistency of marketing materials (presentations, publications, videos, etc.)
* Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines and frameworks
* Conduct a structured review of existing materials across divisions and identify branding gaps and improvement opportunities
* Coordinate and develop visual concepts (e.g. imagery, layouts) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies
* Support the development of a more innovative and forward-looking brand roadmap

Operational and coordination tasks
* Handle image sourcing and requests, including coordination with agencies
* Maintain and organise brand assets, archives, and documentation
* Support administrative processes (budgets, invoices, project tracking, etc.)
* Act as a point of contact for branding-related topics across departments

Advertising support
* Support the development and execution of advertising campaigns in collaboration with the advertising team and external agencies
* Assist with coordination, production, and rollout of campaigns where needed

YOUR PROFILE

* Degree or relevant training in marketing, branding, communications, or similar
* First professional experience (in-house or agency), with exposure to branding
* Strong interest in branding, visual identity, and brand development
* Good eye for design and attention to detail
* Proficient use of PowerPoint; knowledge of InDesign is a strong plus
* Structured, hands-on, and reliable working style
* Proactive, but comfortable working in a support-oriented role within a small team
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Fluent in English
