As Campus Manager at Rive-Reine, you will play a central role in bringing this vision to life by creating a seamless, high-quality experience across a campus where hospitality and learning come together. Working closely with campus teams, learning partners, service providers, and key stakeholders, you will help ensure the site runs smoothly, delivers exceptional service, and continues to evolve as a place where people connect, learn, and grow. How you'll make an impact as a Campus Manager
* Creating a seamless campus experience that brings hospitality and learning together into one connected journey for guests and participants.
* Shaping a welcoming, consistent, and memorable environment by setting high service standards across the site.
* Driving operational excellence by coordinating teams and partners effectively to keep daily campus activities running smoothly.
* Building engaged, high-performing teams that strengthen service culture, capability, and collaboration in a multi-service environment.
* Contributing to sustainable results by managing budgets, cost control, and key performance indicators with discipline and insight.
* Protecting people and service quality by ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality operations across all campus activities.
