* Be the backbone of our office by managing schedules, correspondence, and smooth day-to-day operations.
* Work closely with leadership to support the SSC Manager on communications, projects, and team initiatives.
* Bring people together by organizing travel, meetings, and events that create seamless experiences for colleagues and partners.
* Keep our workplace running efficiently by overseeing office supplies and ensuring everything is in place when needed.
* Champion safety and best practices by helping us stay compliant with HSE requirements and driving continuous improvements

* Proven expertise in office administration, travel planning, and meeting coordination at management level.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate confidently across cultures.
* Reliability under pressure, discretion, and a problem-solving mindset that makes you a trusted partner.
* Digital fluency with excellent English, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and modern online tools.
