For our store in Bratislava, we are looking for a Deputy Manager / Assistant Store Manager for Bershka.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing store operations and processes
- Responsibility for achieving budgetary and business objectives
- Long-term planning and achievement of sales targets
- Defining staffing requirements, as well as recruiting and developing employees
- Motivating and leading the team to ensure a positive working environment
- Ensuring compliance with all operational requirements
- Acting as a positive role model in customer service and in applying the company's philosophy
- Maintaining product presentation and store aesthetics according to company standards
- Supporting and deputizing for the Store Manager in all aspects of store and team management
- Additional tasks related to the responsibilities described above may also form part of the role

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a management position (Deputy Manager or Store Manager)
- Strong affinity for and understanding of relevant business metrics
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical and commercial mindset
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Responsibility and independence
- Interest in fashion and the latest trends
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and high level of commitment
- Very good knowledge of both Slovak and English languages

Salary Conditions:
Starting from EUR1,827.86 per month, plus the possibility of monthly performance bonuses based on achieved sales results.
