The role would suit someone who enjoys working with systems and datasets, and takes pride in following through on detail-oriented tasks. A practical problem-solver who is excited about leveraging agentic AI for process improvements, while operating comfortably within defined frameworks would make a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with global RECA Business Development and Sales teams to support pipeline growth, with a focus on prospect identification, lead generation aligned to Schneider Electric's Renewable Energy & Carbon Advisory services.
* Identify and develop new companies and prospects by mining internal and external data sources (CRM, events, webinars, market intelligence) and leveraging outreach and data enrichment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
* Maintain inbound and outbound lead workflows, including lead allocation, qualification and routing, ensuring efficiency, data quality and continuous improvement of the process, within defined constraints.
* Coordinate targeted outreach to priority accounts, maintaining clean, accurate and actionable CRM data to support conversion and reporting.
* Leverage events as a pipeline generation channel by:
- Researching and identifying relevant industry and segment-specific events
- Supporting outreach, logistics and meeting scheduling
- Analysing attendee lists and feeding qualified leads into the CRM
* Coordinate internally on event participation and follow-up for hosted, strategic partner and third-party events to ensure consistent outreach and measurable pipeline impact.
* Support CRM and sales technology operations (Salesforce), including contact, account, activity and campaign management, data cleansing, reconciliation and reporting
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Events, Salesforce Administrators and IT to ensure leads are captured, qualified, tracked and reported in a transparent and scalable way.
* Contribute to process optimisation and system improvements, working with Sales Operations and IT on integrations, automation and tooling enhancements to support growth targets.
Skills & Competencies
* This position is ideal for someone who has experience working for a large corporate and has been successful in a related industry and/or an executive/CRM administration, or event coordination role, and who is looking to grow in a high-impact business.
* Understanding of the sales process for professional services to industrial and/or commercial clients and knowledge of macro corporate sustainability and renewable energy trends is desirable.
* Demonstrated experience using CRM (preferably salesforce,) excel, LinkedIn and other outreach software and tools
* Comfortable manipulating large data sets, interested in automation, interoperability and agentic AI solutions
* Self-starter; collaborator, problem-solver looking for ways to improve our lead generation and sales processes
* Relationship builder and effective communicator; can foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams
* Highly organized, detail-oriented professional, able to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize varying workstreams
