Position Snapshot

* Location: Budapest IX. district and home office

* Education: Marketing or Business degree

* Experience: 1-3 years experience in marketing area

* Languages: fluent english, fluent hungarian

Position Summary

Supports a brand manager in developing or activating a brand for a given geography and/or category.

A day in the life of a Junior Brand Manager...

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

* Support the development of annual brand plans and long-term strategy

* Participate in market analysis and category reviews

* Contribute to brand positioning, messaging and portfolio management tasks

2. Communication & Campaign Management

* Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, ATL, BTL)

* Coordinate with creative, media and digital agencies

* Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all touchpoints

* Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

3. Digital & Social Media

* Support the implementation of brand digital strategy and always-on content

* Help manage social media calendars, community management tasks and influencer activations

* Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions and sentiment

4. Product & Innovation Support

* Assist with NPD launches: packaging development, product naming, communication materials

* Follow up with supply chain and sales on product availability and launch timing

* Review product performance and gather consumer insights

5. Consumer & Market Insights

* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour

* Analyse internal sales data, Nielsen/IRI reports and brand health indicators

* Prepare regular business performance updates for internal stakeholders

6. Budget & Administrative Tasks

* Support budget tracking, PO creation and invoice handling

* Ensure accurate and timely financial administration

* Maintain internal documentation, brand assets and project files
