Responsibilities:

* Alert monitoring in tools such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Cortex XDR, Splunk, SocRadar and ServiceNow.
* Initial analysis of cybersecurity events and incidents
* Initial escalation of incidents following playbooks.
* Basic documentation of security incidents.
* Ticket service and follow-up.
* Timely report of detected anomalies/suspicious behavior.

Required Skills:

. Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS) and cybersecurity concepts.
* Capacity for contextual analysis of information.
* Use of OSINT analysis tools (VirusTotal, AbuseIPDB, HybridAnalysis, etc.).
* Ability to follow standardized procedures.
* Clear and effective communication.
* Detail orientation and discipline in documentation.
* Intermediate English (required, interview is conducted in English)
* 0 to 2 years in technical support, helpdesk or IT security areas.
* Basic experience monitoring systems or using security consoles.
* Professional internships in a SOC, Datacenter or IT area are desirable.

* CompTIA CySA+
* Microsoft SC-200
* Splunk Core Certified User
* CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Responder
* CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator
* Palo Alto Networks Security Operations Professional
* Fortinet NSE1/NSE2
