QA Engineer for AI Applications

We are looking for an AI / LLM QA Engineer to join our team in Czechia! Do you want to help ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of modern AI-powered solutions, including agentic applications? Then this could be the role for you.

Our mission at NN
Together with your colleagues, you will help build and maintain reliable, production-ready AI solutions that support business processes across NN business units in Europe. You will play a key role in ensuring quality across the full testing lifecycle, from unit and integration testing to end-to-end automation.
You will work closely with developers and other team members to validate both traditional software functionality and AI-specific behaviors, including tool selection, context handling, and hand-offs in LLM-based and multi-agent systems. A strong focus will be on automated testing, early issue detection, and continuous quality improvement.

Your responsibilities
* Write and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Playwright.
* Build and extend unit and integration test coverage using Pytest.
* Work closely with developers to define and refine test cases for new features.
* Monitor, investigate, and debug test failures in DevOps pipelines.
* Help maintain a stable, efficient, and scalable automated test pipeline.
* Contribute to quality assurance during code reviews and support early regression prevention.
* Use AI to support and improve testing activities, including writing test instructions and automating selected QA tasks.

What we expect from you
* Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, especially Playwright and/or Pytest.
* Good understanding of software testing fundamentals, including unit, integration, end-to-end, and smoke testing.
* Experience with Python or JavaScript for test automation.
* Familiarity with REST API testing.
* Basic knowledge of Git workflows.
* Comfort working with Docker and debugging in containerized environments.
* Interest in testing AI- and LLM-based applications, including the use of AI to support testing.
* Advanced English proficiency for working in an international environment.
