Nescafé Dolce Gusto is much more than coffee, it's a complete coffee experience, combining iconic machines, a wide range of capsules (from espressos and lattes to cold and plant-based recipes), and a strong direct-to-consumer ecosystem supported by digital platforms and a loyalty program.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist Intern, you will join a dynamic team at the heart of this ecosystem. You will work on the digital presence of the brand across the website, CRM, social media, paid media, and the Premio loyalty program, helping to engage, retain, and delight our consumers at every touchpoint. This internship offers a hands-on experience where creativity meets data, and where you will actively contribute to how consumers discover, buy, and interact with Nescafé Dolce Gusto products online.
Your Responsibilities:
* Creation of engaging content for the NDG website, including e-content machines, capsules, promotions, and other sustainability-related pages
* CRM and data management, including promo plan (machines & capsules) and volume setting, monthly newsletters, special programs, data collection, and offline activation
* Collaboration with consumer service/CES, ensuring they are up to date and proposing improvements to enhance our service
* Monitoring community management and CES reports to stay connected with our audience
* Handling social media, display/retargeting banners, Google (SEO, SEA, Google shopping), and other digital tools, including content creation, implementation, and follow-up
* Contributing to the Premio loyalty application content and CRM updates
What will make you successful?
* You are Fluent in Dutch and / or French, and have a strong command of English
* You have obtained or are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field
* You possess strong knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, SEA, and Social Media channels
* You are interested in CRM and Online Marketing
* You are familiar with Website Optimization and E-mail marketing
* You possess strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
