1-Commercial Support: Assist in KA pricing simulations, contract negotiations, and monthly profitability analysis to ensure sales targets are met. 2-Data Reporting: Consolidate and analyze sales data to deliver actionable insights and business reports that improve operational efficiency. 3-Performance Monitoring: Deep dive into profit structures, order fluctuations, and market trends to identify issues and propose solutions. 4-Account Growth: Assist in crafting KA strategies to drive healthy growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term stickiness. 5-Operations & Compliance: Execute sales compliance workflows, including security deposit management and accounts receivable (A/R) collections. 6-Project Coordination: Facilitate cross-departmental resources to ensure the successful delivery of key sales projects. 7-Decision Support: Utilize data tools to extract core business issues and provide logical reports for management decision-making. 8-Improve Efficiency:Actively participate in team meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and help optimize existing workflows to enhance overall team efficiency. Ihr Profil:
Proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (e.g., Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, or Filipino) is required. 1-Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields are preferred. 2-Analytical Skills:Proficient in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables); basic SQL or Python data analysis skills are a plus. 3-Data Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities-able to identify patterns in data and formulate actionable improvement recommendations. 4-Communication: Excellent logical thinking and structured communication skills-capable of clearly presenting analytical findings and strategic suggestions. 5-Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, conscientious, and resilient under pressure; possesses strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, ownership mindset, and self-motivation; able to independently deliver tasks and proactively drive project progress. Passionate about sales operations, with rapid learning ability and business acumen.
