The internship assignment:

The FSX Dev Team is part of the Factory Support & Experience department at Tesla Giga Berlin. Our scope is to build software solutions for office management, culinary, transportation, events, workwear, facility management, consumables, and more - improving the everyday life of 10.000+ employees.

We are looking for a driven fullstack engineer to help us improve our existing software suite and build new products in our pipeline. The intern will work in a very dynamic environment with the possibility to take part in technical decisions and workflows.

What You'll Do

* Create clean, reliable, and scalable data reports by partnering with business teams to address data issues, business logic, and KPI definitions
* Support process improvement and documentation, process automation and system enhancement initiatives
* Build, maintain, and improve data models, dashboards, and data pipelines
* Develop efficient ETL processes to integrate data from our in-house ERP system and other sources
* Support executive reporting by developing data pipelines that transform complex planning data into actionable insights

What You'll Bring

* Pursuing degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information
* Studies, Operations, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
* SQL knowledge for complex data manipulation and analysis
* Proficient Python programming
* Hands on experience with databases and data modeling (MySQL, Postgresql, Vertica, ClickHouse etc.)
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
* Proactive problem-solving mindset
* Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and comfort with rapid pace of change
* Candidates are expected to uphold and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily work, operating in line with Tesla Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement
