JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Product & Ops Manager Intern to join our Telco team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Telco team's mission, which is to empower millions of customers across Europe and the US to make smarter, greener, and more affordable choices when buying devices and mobile plans, both online and in-store. We build seamless customer journeys and scalable operations to bring refurbished devices and connectivity together through partnerships with established telcos, responsibly and at great value.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

As a Product & Ops Management Intern in our Telco track, you'll manage an end-to-end mobile app project, with high exposure and business impact, allowing you to contribute across the full product lifecycle. You'll partner daily with developers, product and operations managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ship meaningful improvements to our customer experience and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who's organised, resourceful, and a clear communicator, excited to learn by doing and eager to make an impact.
* Manage an end-to-end mobile app project, from discovery to launch, driving real business impact and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Support product discovery for future features: review customer insights, user research, and analytics (Amplitude, Tableau, GSheet) to identify opportunities and pain points, contributing to problem framing, solution hypotheses, and prioritisation with the Telco PM.
* Drive delivery with the squad: collaborate daily with developers on user stories, acceptance criteria, and scope, participate in team rituals (stand-ups, planning, refinements, retros), lead QA and release readiness.
* Coordinate cross-functional launches: work closely with Operations, Care, Content, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Finance to secure everything needed for go-live (support flows, content, training, legal/finance inputs), maintaining Confluence documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.
* Monitor and iterate: track product performance and customer journey metrics, surface insights and propose optimizations and support experiment design and follow-up (A/B tests, funnel diagnostics)
* Support operations: help manage day-to-day operational logistics for selected product lines in Telco (e.g. process updates, partner coordination, data monitoring, accounting), suggest and build process improvements that enhance reliability and speed.
* TOOLS YOU'LL USE: ⚒️ : Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Tableau, GSheet.

* You are 100% comfortable in spoken and written English and French, as we are an international team (MANDATORY)
* You have an interest in product & project management and always put the user at the center of your thoughts
* You're curious and comfortable switching between big-picture thinking and detail execution

* You are organized, resourceful, and a clear, structured communicator
* You're comfortable with data: you can read funnels, interpret trends, and form hypotheses
* Team spirit is essential for you: you enjoy collaborating with engineers, designers, operations, and customer-facing teams
* Bonus: prior exposure to product management, e-commerce, telco, or marketplace operations
* You are looking for a 5-6 month full-time (35H/week) internship starting February 2026 based in Bordeaux, France
* You are enrolled in a French school that will provide an internship agreement.
