As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources
department with various administrative tasks. This internship will provide
you with valuable exposure to HR operations and help you develop essential
skills in a professional HR setting.
* General administration - supporting daily HR tasks, organising documents, scheduling, and completing admin requests.
* Filing duties - maintaining physical and digital files, updating indexes, and ensuring proper organisation.
* Answering calls - greeting callers, handling inquiries, directing calls, and taking accurate messages.
* Sending acknowledgement letters - preparing, sending, and logging letters for applications, interviews, and other HR processes.
* Updating personal files - adding documentation, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring confidentiality.
* Updating the employee database - entering data, ensuring accuracy, and assisting with audits or corrections.
* Preparing templates - creating and maintaining HR templates such as contracts, offers, and appraisal forms.
* Checking weekly departmental timesheets - reviewing accuracy, verifying entries, and resolving discrepancies.
* Checking weekly employee clocking - reviewing clock-in/out data, identifying anomalies, and coordinating corrections.
* Typing HR documentation - drafting and formatting letters or documents, proofreading, and ensuring timely completion
