About the job

Join our HR team at Danone Place Amsterdam (DPA) office, one of our global HQ located in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. As the HR Intern, you will work side by side with the DPA HR team. During your internship you will be supervised by HR Manager and closely with HR Project Team. Your mission is to learn about and support in the day-to-day HR management activities and ongoing projects.

So, what will be your main tasks?
* Coordinate and manage DPA Onboarding & Off-boarding Journey
* Act as an HR Business Partner for the DPA intern population, providing guidance for interns and support on various initiatives.
* Work in close coordination with HR project team and HR manager on people related topics and data management.
* Drive operational processes and diverse projects supporting the HR teams.
* Learn and contribute to the People cycles - from Performance Review, Development Conversations, Annual Salary Review, and more.
Next to the above, you will be able to collaborate in local projects, and you are encouraged to come up with new ideas and bring them to life! Additionally, you can shape your objectives and learning goals based on your interests in different HR areas. This allows you to tailor your internship experience to your career aspirations and develop a well-rounded skill set to start your career in HR!

We are looking for a Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or any other related field.

You are proactive, enthusiastic, and not afraid to ask questions. Comfortable working within an international environment both independently and as part of a team.

You are a self-starter who can bring your own ideas.

You possess great communication skills and enjoy interacting with numerous stakeholders, supporting your team members, and helping others.

Requirements
* Enrolled as a student during the entire internship period (non-EU citizens must be enrolled at a Dutch university).
* Available to start from 1 August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4 to 5 days per week.
* Fluent in English - spoken and written.
* Power BI (must-have): dashboarding, KPI reporting, data visualization.
* Digital mindset: comfortable with new systems/tools; improves processes with smart solutions.
* Able to work from Hoofddorp (DPA), minimum 2 times per week.
