The production site in Spittal an der Drau has been part of this success story since 2018 and has become one of the largest industrial employer in Upper Carinthia with approximately 460 employees. We work on the development and production of solid and semi-solid food supplements and drug formulations, such as Femibion, Bion3, Neurobion, Kytta or Vigantol.
Our traineeship positions offer students the unique opportunity to test technical competence and management talent under real conditions and with specific tasks. A growing proportion of our junior staff are former interns.
From Day 1, we want you to be part of our team which works on projects focused on inventing, reapplying and developing technologies required to support the production process of our extraordinary consumer products.
YOUR ROLE
* As a Trainee in MPD you will support ongoing process verification (OPV) activities by analyzing real manufacturing and quality data in a dynamic production environment from day one.
* You will perform trend analysis, identify variability drivers, and explore correlations between CQAs and CPPs/IPCs to generate data-driven insights that contribute to process optimization and performance improvement.
* Using statistical tools alongside Python and Microsoft Power BI, you will also support the development of automated analyses and dashboards for enhanced process monitoring and decision-making.

Job Qualifications
* Minimum 4-6 completed semesters in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related IT field
* Strong interest in data processing, visualization, and automation
* Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar programming languages
* Ability to work with process and quality datasets (data cleaning, structuring, tagging)
* Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration (IT, QA, Manufacturing)
* Availability from July 2026
