Your Responsibilities
In this role, you'll contribute to making our internal communication engaging, consistent, and impactful. You will:
* Support the creation and execution of internal communication campaigns for various products and platforms.
* Help design and publish engaging content such as newsletters, blog posts, brochures, and email campaigns.
* Partner with product teams to communicate updates, launches, and success stories.
* Assist in designing infographics and visuals to simplify complex ideas.
* Contribute to maintaining internal communication sites (like SharePoint or Sphere).
* Track communication channel performance and gather feedback to improve engagement.
* Collaborate with the S&P Global Communications team to align messaging and branding across platforms
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Technology
* Fresher or up to 6 months of experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A creative mindset with the ability to tell stories visually and verbally.
* Interest in marketing, digital communication and technology.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with good presentation skills.
* Basic understanding of AI and its usability across marketing channels.
* Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, MS Word, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
* Basic understanding of Agile practices or marketing tools is an advantage.
* Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a global corporate environment.
* Open to working flexible hours as per business needs
* Highly organized, independent and multitasker
