WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  

* Students of the last years of studies or up to 1 year after graduation

* Preferably candidates available for a minimum of 32+hours per week

* Candidates with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)

* Experience in using Power BI and VBA would be an asset

* Fluent English speaker  

* Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills

* Individuals who can prioritize responsibilities and pay attention to details.

* Knowledge of Russian Language would be a plus

  

  

WHAT WE OFFER YOU?  

   

* In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour

* Paid internship for a duration of up to 12 months

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

* Support preparation of KPI using PMI logistic tools and reporting solutions

* Being a part of the Global Logistics community (Fulfilment & Warehousing)

* Revision of internal documents + accuracy of data in our operational tools

* Extracts relevant information and performs data validation

* Reconcile daily and monthly reports

* Supporting senior staff with daily and ad hoc tasks by using various logistic tools,

* Acquiring knowledge of SAP transactions

* Collaborate within department helping with other documentation/logistic tasks

 

 

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
