Who you are

We are searching for a final year undergraduate or graduate student who is eager to join our brand team. If you have great organization skills, creative mind, and a keen eye for details you might be the one we are looking for!

Your impact

* Support the Brand Manager and Brand team in new launches, rejuvenations, upgrades

* Help develop and deliver creative visual proposals for brand materials (visuals, look and feel) in collaboration with the creative agency

* Prepare and maintain key brand documents (tracking files, info letters, strategic toolkits)

* Support planning activities, including tracking budget costs for promotional packs

* Review and check layouts provided by New Product Development (NPD) (source: internal document)

* Maintain the pack shot library

* Support customer requests and the complaint system

* Help secure legal approvals for visuals and campaigns

* Manage invoice administration

What you'll learn to do

* Work end-to-end on brand initiatives (from planning to execution support)

* Create and manage brand toolkits and tracking documentation

* Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver creative assets

* Develop strong attention to detail through artwork/layout reviews

* Build basic budget tracking and administrative skills (cost follow-up, invoice handling)

* Understand legal approval flows for brand visuals and campaigns
