This position supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities while managing essential HR documentation and system inputs. The role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate data management, smooth HR operations, and a positive experience for both candidates and new hires.
QUALIFICATION University graduate or above in Business Administration, or a related field Career aspiration to grow within HR Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism WHAT YOU WILL GAIN Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition within a global organization Exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition activities Opportunity to learn ways of working to manage employee life cycles
