Job Title: Software Developer Trainee (Intern)

You'll make a difference by:
* Driving industrial digitalization: Assisting in the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions that optimize manufacturing, chemical, or energy plants.
* Building real-world industrial applications: Collaborating with senior engineers to write clean, maintainable code for edge computing, IoT gateways, cloud platforms, or industrial web applications.
* Solving complex technical puzzles: Helping to debug, troubleshoot, and integrate software components with Siemens automation systems and hardware interfaces.
* Innovating for tomorrow: Participating in Agile/Scrum team meetings, contributing fresh ideas to sprint planning, and documenting software architecture to ensure long-term scalability.

Your defining qualities:
* A foundational tech toolkit: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation/Control Engineering, or IT, with a solid grasp of languages like Python, C++, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
* An analytical & curious mindset: A strong passion for bridging the gap between hardware and software, with an eagerness to learn about industrial protocols, MQTT, cloud platforms (like AWS or Azure), or PLC integration.
* A collaborative global outlook: Strong communication skills with a good command of English (written and verbal) to thrive in an international, multicultural engineering team.
* A proactive problem-solver: A self-starter attitude, comfortable adapting to new frameworks, and driven to turn complex data into smart automation solutions.
