A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Data Analyst, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting procurement operations by analyzing market trends, tracking KPIs, and enhancing supplier-related activities. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the team's efficiency and Siemens Energy's mission to innovate and optimize procurement strategies.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Analyze market and supplier data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting strategic procurement decisions.
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and savings measures.
* Prepare detailed reports and summaries based on data analysis to inform internal stakeholders.
* Support the team with local Request for Quotations (RFQs) and assist in testing Purchase Order (PO) release mapping.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of a digital filing system for procurement documents.
* Collaborate with team members on various procurement projects and initiatives, enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Bring
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with strong data analysis skills.
* Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, to support data management and reporting tasks.
* Ability to create and prompt AI agents, enhancing data-driven decision-making processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail.
* A collaborative mindset with strong organizational and planning skills, ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
