Team Introduction Live Team is a centralized group driving horizontal and cross-platform projects aimed at boosting Live GMV growth on TikTok Shop US. Live-streaming is a key differentiator to set us apart in the competitive e-commerce landscape. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities: - Be responsible for the live streaming strategies of sellers in the US. Formulate incentive policies through levers such as traffic, governance/experience, subsidies, commercialization, and seller live streaming tools to promote the efficient growth of the category and seller live streaming. - Build and improve product capabilities that help sellers grow, such as seller tools and data platforms. - Explore and define the growth paths of seller live streaming for different business types. Continuously improve the business capabilities of sellers through diagnostic analysis tools, benchmarking case studies, and curriculum development. - Track and maintain seller live streaming performance, regularly monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related fields. - Proven skills in logical thinking, business analysis ability, systematic thinking and critical thinking ability. - Proven skills in learning ability, execution ability and stress resistance, as well as strong communication and coordination, resource integration ability and project management ability
