We are now hiring a Human Resources Apprentice for 12 months to join our team for September 2026.

The HR Assistant Apprentice supports the Talent Team with the HR planning needs, providing administrative support related to recruitment, performance management and day-to-day operational requirements. This is a full-time commitment in which this role will support the HR Business Partner and the HR Assistant regarding the day-to-day HR planning and HR operational needs and will perform a variety of employee-related administrative tasks.
It is a unique opportunity for your own individual development and growth in a truly international environment. The role is partly remote and based in La Défense (92) and includes some travel (once by month) to DU EMEA Bailly-Romainvilliers (77).

Please send your resume in English indicating your master's level and your work-study schedule. Please note that we expect a work-study schedule of four days in the company and one day at school per week.
Role description:
* Collaborate with the HRBP & HR Assistant to post job opportunities, process incoming resumes and plan interviews in a timely manner,
* Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding information and explaining company policies,
* Conducts orientation for new employees and serves as a first point of contact for addressing new hire administrative issues,
* Collaborate with HRBP & HR Assistant to plan performance review meetings, drop-in sessions and prepare reports,
* Participating in HR projects, meetings and planning,
* Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications,
* Take notes during meetings and summarise the next steps
