Join our team in the Wholesale domain and help shape the future of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tester (m/f/d) who is passionate about quality assurance, testing processes, and automation.
In this role, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM system running in an Azure cloud environment. Your focus will include both manual testing of existing functionalities and the development of automated test cases to support continuous quality improvement and efficient delivery processes.
Your Responsibilities
Manual Testing
* Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for new and existing CRM functionalities
* Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
* Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
* Validate business requirements and ensure high-quality user experience
Test Automation
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for regression and continuous testing
* Contribute to the optimization of automated testing frameworks and QA processes
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure new features meet functional and performance expectations
Quality Assurance & Collaboration
* Analyze test results and prepare clear test reports for stakeholders
* Support continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
* Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders within the Wholesale domain
* Contribute to improving testing efficiency within CI/CD environments

Candidate Requirements:

Your Profile
* Proven experience in manual software testing and test automation
* Experience testing CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Sales
* Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar frameworks
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
* Good understanding of software development lifecycles and QA methodologies
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Experience with scripting or programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java is an advantage
* Experience working with business-critical systems, ideally within the Wholesale or telecommunications industry
* Very good communication skills in English, German advantage
