We are looking for a Payroll & Administration Specialist who will report to the Payroll & Administration Manager within the HR Operations team.
This role will play an important role in managing the administrative tasks of the employee lifecycle from start to finish, with a primary focus on monthly payroll procedures for our employees in Spain in our Manufacturing Plant.
What is important for the role: Interest in manufacturing context Proven experience as a Spanish payroll administrator or similar role Familiarity with Spanish labor laws, tax regulations Experience using payroll software (ideally Meta4) and HCM software (SuccessFactors or similar) High level of English is a must Skills: Use of payroll software (Meta4) and HCM software (SuccessFactors) Advanced use of MS Office Package Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and work planning skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner Strong analytical and numerical skills Internal customer orientation Knowledge about manufacturing context is desired but not a must
