Key Missions Description:
Reporting to the HR Manager, your main missions will be:
* Communication: Building, feeding, and monitoring the site's communication plan (writing and editing newsletters, managing dynamic digital signage, coordinating the "convivialité" working group, etc.).
* Internal Event Management: Organizing internal events (end-of-year party, Family Day, etc.).
* Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I): Coordinating the site's Diversity Champions, establishing partnerships with local non-profit organizations, organizing the Citizen Day, acting as a liaison with the DE&I France teams, and deploying the DE&I strategy at the Croissy site.
* Training & Development: Building, feeding, and monitoring the skills development plan (gathering training needs, consolidating tracking files, contacting training providers, organizing, and scheduling training sessions).
* Various Projects: Depending on your interests and proactivity, you will manage various HR process improvement projects, lead recruitment campaigns (internships, apprenticeships, summer jobs), and animate the on-site apprentice/intern community (onboarding, follow-up, and team cohesion).
Your Profile:
* Master's degree student with a strong specialization in HR.
* Looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
* Knowledge of labor law/legal HR frameworks.
Beyond technical skills, we are looking for strong personalities with high potential, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to drive change and push boundaries.

The Recruitment Process
