Your Role And Responsibilities

* Support sourcing activities for assigned roles under the guidance of senior Sourcers or Recruiters
* Assist in Strategic Sourcing Briefing Calls and help prepare sourcing strategies
* Conduct candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques, and other sourcing tools
* Build and maintain passive talent pipelines across different markets
* Support sprint commitments by tracking sourcing progress and identifying potential risks
* Contribute to data tracking and reporting using LinkedIn Talent Insights, CRM systems, and other TA tools
* Partner closely with Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Managers, and regional stakeholders
* Ensure positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
* Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and processes while building regional market knowledge
* Continuously learn and contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and processes

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* University student (2nd-4th year preferred), ideally in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
* Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
* Fluent English (B2-C1)
* Previous HR / TA / Sourcing internship or project experience is a plus
* Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or sourcing tools is an advantage
* Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
* Additional language fluency such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, or Arabic is an advantage
