Deine Aufgaben:
* Unterstützung bei administrativen HR Tätigkeiten / Schriftverkehr
* Vorbereitung von Neueinstellungen
* Vorbereitung von Zeugniserstellungen
* Besucher- und Parkplatzmanagement
* Präsentationen/Statistiken
* Pflege der digitalen Personalakten

Was du mitbringst:
* Muttersprache Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC (Word/Excel bzw. Google Applikationen)
* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
* Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Offenheit für neue Aufgaben
* Vertraulichkeit/Verschwiegenheit (Zugang zu vertraulichen Informationen)
