For our business unit Air Solution R&D we are looking for a dedicated and motivated person as
Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) Air to Water Heat Pump
Location: Stuttgart

Role and Responsibilities

* You will be part of a new team and be responsible for Air to Water Heat Pump (heating system) standard management and contents development within ETO in Germany
* Global Air to Water Heat Pump System development and task f/up of mass Production Model
* Development of mechanical design of the outsourcing products for EHS (Convector, HPWH etc)
* Development F/Up of local(Europe) production model of EHS
* Market status and competitor BM analysis
* Develop solution for the mechanical design based on VOC of Air to Water Heat Pump in the market
* Research patent and product trend of manufacturer of Air to Water Heat Pump
* Develop eco-friendly (GWP
* Develop mechanical design of indoor unit - Hydro unit and tank integrated Hydro unit

Skills and Qualifications

* Majors in mechanical engineering and refrigeration, air conditioning
* Experienced in Air to Water Heat Pump (EHS) structural development
* Experienced in certification of Air to Water Heat Pump (Keymark, MCS, Eurovent, NFPAC)
* Experience in water pipe system design of Chiller, Air to water Heat Pump
* Extensive experience with mechanical design tool (NX CAD)
* Extensive experience the Air to Water Heat Pump System Part Design and Specification Selection Application
* Experience and expertise related to the distribution pipe application system (chiller, etc.)
* Experience with structure design for flammable refrigerants
